ELIGIBILITY

Permanent Resident Status: Applicants must be a permanent resident of Canada.

Residency Requirement: They must have physically resided in Canada for at least 1,095 days (three years) out of the five years preceding the date of their application.

Language Proficiency: Applicants aged 18-54 must demonstrate proficiency in English or French, including speaking, listening, and understanding.
